Creating a truly special and memorable day for you and your guests. Allowing you to be apart of the event without stressing about the finer details.

Our event planning services include themes, picture perfect backdrops, dazzling decor items, sourcing and styling the venue, edible centrepieces, cake makers, perfect display stands, entertainment and equipment, bands and DJs, Singers and Dancers, memorable or edible favours, arranging transport… the list goes on! I offer two different packages for event planning. Full planning or partial planning.

Anchor 1

This service includes:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Completing all admin, as discussed in initial consultation.

  • Sourcing Venue, Caterers, Decorators, DJs, Entertainment, Equipment, Favours, RSVP management, arrange transport etc…

  • Overseeing setup and event on the day

  • Create a supplier list with all key information and contact details

  • Co-ordinating suppliers and liaising with all relevant venue staff

  • Creating a running order so that your day runs flawlessly. (If applicable)

  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm services, arrangements, timings and payment

  • Overseeing setup, styling venue, execute decoration of venue, ensure layout is how you planned and envisioned, including catering, dietary preferences, table plans, entertainment, favours, RSVPs.

Full Planning

This service starts from £1,000 however further tasks and meetings can be added on request subject to additional fees. Providing up to 5 hours service on the day and 8 hours prior to event. (Additional hours / services can be agreed)

You can also get 10% off any Hire Item when you book this service.

Anchor 2
Partial Planning

This service includes:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Completing all outstanding admin, as discussed in initial consultation.

  • Sourcing up to 2 additional suppliers

  • Overseeing setup of event

  • Create a supplier list with all key information and details

  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm services, arrangements, timings and payment

  • Creating a running order so that your day runs flawlessly. (If applicable)

  • Overseeing setup, styling venue, execute decoration of venue, ensure layout is how you planned and envisioned, including catering, entertainment, favours, RSVPs.

This service starts from £750 however further tasks and meetings can be added on request subject to additional fees. Providing up to 4 hours service on the day and 6 hours prior to event. (Additional hours / services can be agreed)

You can also get 10% off any Hire Item when you book this service.
